Vieux Château des Combes forms part of the township of Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes, located just five kilometres from the historic village of Saint-Émilion in the renowned Bordeaux wine region of France. Its name suggests that wine was already being produced here in the 17th century when a Benedictine abbey was built and vines were planted around the buildings. These vineyards grew across the small hills and valleys—known locally as combes—that give the estate its name.

Today the château is surrounded by vineyards, copses of trees, and a tranquil half-hectare pond. The estate has retained the calm dignity of a place for quiet contemplation—an environment perfectly suited to producing a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru of exceptional quality.

The proceeds of the Auction will go towards installing outdoor seating and sunshades, enhancing the school environment for our students.

ALL AUCTIONS CLOSE AT 8PM ON SUNDAY 22 MARCH 2026

Payment can be paid by Credit Card or by Bank Transfer.

Once paid for, all vouchers and physical items must be collected on Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 March between 3.15-6.00pm from St Peter's College - LIBRARY, 23 Mountain Road, Epsom.
