    Log in to your school's dedicated Toko account using the email and password provided during registration. The Toko dashboard is your central hub for managing all current and future fundraising campaigns.

  • Step 2: Define Your Project Goal

    The Project represents the why—your fundraising goal (e.g., Year 6 Camp, New Sports Gear, Shade Sails).
    Create a new Project, set a clear target amount, and upload a powerful descriptive narrative that inspires your community to donate.

  • Step 3: Attach Products to Your Project

    Maximise flexibility by linking different fundraising methods to your single Project goal:
    Buy Now: Sell merchandise, tickets, vouchers, or donations.
    Auction: Create and manage dynamic bidding campaigns.

  • Step 4: Publish and Share Your Campaign

    Once your products are finalised and linked to your Project, hit Publish.
    Your campaign immediately goes live, and you can start sharing the unique Toko link across your school newsletter, social media, and parent communications.

  • Step 5: Automated Tracking and Monthly Payment

    Focus on your school's core mission. We handle the financial heavy lifting:
    - Real-Time Tracking: Monitor your progress toward your target directly on your dashboard.
    - Reconciliation: At the end of the month, you receive a detailed Statement of Transactions for easy reconciliation.
    - Financial Reward: The total funds raised are transferred directly to your nominated school bank account in full at the beginning of the following month.
